Grilled vegetable and prosciutto focaccia pizza

with homemade mozzarella.

Beer: Broken Heart Stout

 

Salad:

Red oak lettuce, endive and arugula tossed with gorgonzola cheese, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil

complemented with grilled tuna.

Beer: Imperial IPA

 

Pasta:

Bow tie pasta sautéed with rock shrimp, chicken filets

and chopped baby arugula in a zesty garlic and olive oil.

Beer: Marbledale APA

 

Entree:

Vegetable beef stew in a burgundy wine sauce

served with seasoned green beans.

Beer: English Mild

 

Dessert:

Warm apple pie alla mode

Beer: Lucy’s Sour Strawberry Wheat
